Dr Laura Simpson is a practioner with incredible empathy, compassion and understanding. I appreciate her attention to detail and in following up concerns. The genuine care shown by all doctors and staff at Ballarat Medical Centre is exceptional. Thank you also to Dr Keith Ho and to all of the reception staff for their long-term term support.
The reception and administration management staff of this practice are rude and unprofessional. They are aggressive, inflammatory and passive aggressive. They are disrespectful and inconsiderate of patient safety, comfort and privacy. The practice manager is aggressive and not solutions focused. I would not even give them one star but I had to.
Haven't tried the dental for like a decade but can recommend the Staff!
Terrible experience, the clinic did not update their provider number meaning they never received my test results. I kept getting told to "wait a few more days" the test results had a three day turn around. After two weeks I got a hold of the pathology place who were unable to send the results to the clinic. Absolutely appalling
