I had to drive a 3 hour round trip to receive the most disgusting rude experience in my life with this lot, I’m now with Caroline Springs Jeep servicing whom are the opposite Shame on you for treating a woman with your low class behaviour, I wish I had of read your reviews before booking my car with you You lot give Jeep such a bad name
Service department usless. Car went in for a service and minor repair only to have it returned without the service completed to manufacturer's specifications and a spacer missing from the replaced drive belt tensioner. The spacer was substituted for 3 washers. On returning the car for correction I get it back with an over filled transfer case and and diff oil splashed all over the front diff and wheel . DODGY PEOPLE!! Bought Jeep Grand Cherokee from this DODGY dealer made a big mistake of my life. Service log book was missing; later I found the car had mechanical and computer problems that’s why they didn’t provide me with the service log book. Just had it serviced from local well known mechanics and they found that even the car under- sheet is missing. I’ve been driving the car with those problems for 6 months and they don’t really care. Not worth your time. Came by and nobody and I mean not a single soul came and ask me what I wanted. They were inside chatting with each other. Just very poor service. Avoid this place.
