I've been twice to get some advice, not impressed. Desk staff could use some people skills. Not sure whether or not they are or have mechanical knowledge or just book in services. Maybe I shouldn't write this because I'll probably need the service department at some stage.
There IS NO BALLARAT HOLDEN IT DOES NOT EXIST!!! IT IS BALLARAT MAZDA AT THIS LOCATION!!! you need to go down the road to GMSV Speciality vehicles to do with Holden's, and you cant find any trading hours for the hodlen specific service centre. ABSOLUTELY USELESS !!!!
Originally quoted to have the dashboard display screen replaced due to a misunderstanding of the problem over the phone. Booked in several weeks later. During which time I had resolved the original issue. However it required the entertainment system software to be updated afterwards (as options had been removed due to factory reset). Shout out to Kade from service department. My partner's car lost the service book with 7 years worth of service records and Kade helped with getting a new one sorted out for us.
Serviced 21st of OCT 2022 : Could not believe it, so many new faces & have been going there since 2016 with my Redline to get the oil / filter and serviced, they used to look after me all the time. Always supplied my own Penrite oil GF -S new ISLAC 6(A) spec oil and Ryco z663st syn oil filter, ( now use NULON Apex+ 5w30 Dexos 1 Gen 3 oil), also it's got a KN air filter no need to clean it i do it myself.
