On behalf of Shane Leehane. Replacement pacemaker procedure was performed as day-stay patient. Nursing staff were fantastic. Insufficient anaesthesia meant unnecessary suffering and was inhumane. Every slice of the scalpel, removal of the old pacemaker, insertion of the new one and every stitch was agony. Would rather die than have another procedure performed by the same surgical/anaesthesiology team.
I came into the emergency department with chemical burns and was seen so quickly huge props to emily the first year doctor i believe she was incredibly attentive and had a perfect bedside manner, doctor omer and her both treated my burns and i left feeling much better so huge thank you to the team and the nurses doing fantastic work.
This is really a worse hospital ever we have seen in our life long wait for 9 hours came at 6 pm wait till 3am to see doctor so if someone really at emergency forgot to come this place
Have been trying to get a referral processed since 20th February. After trying to contact them both via phone and email on multiple occasions, have sent complaints to both Ballarat outpatient and now HCC.
