While our villa was supplied with clean Iinen if you got the bunk beds you needed to make the bed yourself Previous occupants used dishwasher and we had to empty before we could use. Not a full set of crockery for our party of 7., so meals were in shifts. Our shower only washed the walls not our bodies, needed fixing. Raised step into our bathroom caused me to stumble several times. Not good. Pool was warm, but needed a clean. Debris was at deeper end of pool.

Absolutely disgusting how we were treated in regards to our 1 night stay. Requested an accessible room and was originally offered a room with the showere over the bath. Then was told we were given the room with the accessible bathroom but it was small low singles beds (not acceptable for me to sleep.in) and we had to say extra on top.of what we already paid! then when I remarked this was not acceptable they basically said too bad. I paid premium for this hotel because we were told it was disability friendly. What an absolute... read more

Heat pump restricted ...it's Ballarat ...not good Sower head falls down .....shower curtain rail falling down Upon arrival told restaurants nearby .. ..both closed on a Friday night !!!! Bed ok ...ya get what ya pay for ...cheap
