Went there with a very sticky problem and had great service from Grant and Ryan in the service department. Would go there again anytime soon
Scott was very knowledgeable, helpful and no pressure whatsoever. An enjoyable look around the van. We also service our current van and provide an excellent service for the price. Great value.
Would just like to give the staff at Ballarat City Caravans on Monday July 27th a huge thank you for the service they provided in checking out a false fault in our Caravan Dometic Toilet, they were polite, professional and helpful, I would highly recommend them and will return to them again for any service or repair issues
One particular team member was very rude , I wouldn't deal with this business again ,very unapologetic when they were clearly in the wrong .
