We had a problem with the catch on one the drawers in our van. They fixed it quickly on the spot. Fantastic service.

Cannot recommend, very shabby, left my van to have leaking skylight repaired, so they siliconed it shut, cost me $180 to have it rectified. Who would do that, utter stupidity!!!!!
I put my van in for a new battery and charger at short notice while staying in Ballarat and found Janelle Rob and Brad eager to get my issues sorted! Very happy with the service and would definitely use Ballarat city Caravans again for all my servicing needs.
