Our heater was not working, the staff were able to help us same day which was amazing. Staff were friendly, very helpful with advice. Thank you so much. Loved your vans in the yard too!!
We recently called Ballarat City Caravans regarding a cracked and damaged air conditioner cover on our caravan. They tried all avenues to find a replacement but were unsuccessful. We were asked to call by their workshop the next day to see what they could do. The boys were able to carry out temporary repairs to enable us to continue on our trip to Queensland and refused any offers of payment. Very polite, helpful and cheerful guys who were only too happy to help us! Thanks again guys! We appreciate your help!!
Without doubt this caravan dealership deserves the highest congratulations on the professional service and hospitality that you just don’t get today. We chose to have them service and repair our van and travel 2 hours to get there purely because of their attention to detail and personal relationships they develop. Wholeheartedly recommend them.
I ran over a step ladder that had fallen on to the Western Highway. Break away cable was snapped and the van brakes came on. No safe place to stop and burnt the van brakes out. Flat bed to Ballarat City Caravans the following day.and the very professional people there replaced all four brakes and the drums. Picked the van up the next day and drove to Daylesford where I found the brakes were not activating correctly. Waited out front until 10:20 on a Saturday morning when they're supposed to be open. No one turned up. Thanks for wasting my time, I won't be back.
