I don’t think they are honest, had a very bad experience with them
I received a telephone call from the manager at Ballarat Car Care who communicated with me in a courteous & professional way so as to resolve an issue. I was not expecting to hear further from the business... as such I am pleasantly surprised with the outcome... and commend management for the accountability.
Ballarat Car Care is by far the best choice for car servicing. I drove all the way from Melbourne just to have my car serviced here, and it was absolutely worth it. The team is highly professional, helpful, and genuinely go above and beyond for their customers. A special thanks to Nomi for the excellent service and for fixing my car with such care. I would much rather drive 45 minutes to get my cars serviced here than go anywhere else, and I’ll be recommending Ballarat Car Care to all my friends. Highly recommended!
