Horrible service I am paying nearly 300 a month and no one is booking me appointment and no one is picking up the phone as I live far I can’t just go in there to make an appointment have been trying to call for over a week now

Shocking customer service! Wasted my money and time and ruined my smile. I wore braces for 12 months just for them to take them off and WHILE still having clear gaps in my upper teeth! Lots of money and time wasted! Wouldn’t recommend for anyone
