I can not begin to breakdown all the various issues with Grampians Health. But this, at the end of it all, this letter saying we did NOT attend is the cherry. We attended. We waited for over an hour. We saw the young junior dr who spent far too long gaining irrelevant background that was already printed and available. We let him know we had to leave at a specific time. He went to see his senior and we waited 20 plus more minutes and had to leave to attend another medical appointment. 2 hours is NOT equal to NOT attending.

Broke my foot in three places Saturday night. After a little bit of waiting (nothing compared to other hospitals) I was x-rayed/ct scanned. And on the operating table quickly. I spent almost three days there and everyone was absolutely amazing. My pain was managed and the compassion I experienced was so heart warming.. I can’t remember everyone but massive shout out to Jo Christian Brittany Raph Ashley Marnie And everyone else. I understand not everyone has the best experience but mine was amazing. One of the worst hospitals in many ways that I've been to. All of the staff seem overwhelmed. Poor communication between doctors and other doctors and nurses. Unprofessional attitude by consultant MD. The volunteer staff were fantastic though.
