I was very fortunate to be referred to to the Base for review after presenting To urgent care at my regional hospital with a nasty burn I was very quickly seen and was super impressed with the quality of of professional care I received all with a happy smile from treating staff from triage to the wound care nurses every one were wonderful thank you

I'm a current patient here who's main organs are all declining and u think that alone would stand for something. They are unhygienic towards the patients not ounce have they made my bed instead I wait for my disability support workers to come in OTHERWISE NOTHING GETS DONE! They will happily tell ya no your canular is fine it's working great, to lay there for close to an hour watching the only part of my body that isint swollen start to sting and become even larger. Awful. I was abused by a nurse in 2023 and have been treated horribly every time I've had to go back since. I made the mistake of telling one of the triage nurses the following night when I had to seek treatment for the prior incident (an infection got pushed from my ear to my jaw). If you're ever mistreated, report straight to the ombudsman, not anyone who works in the hospital. Lesson learned.
