I'd love to leave a detailed review of the services but our appointment has been consistently cancelled and rebooked for almost a year now. Usually cancelled on the day also so no regard for your time. All I can say at this stage us don't expect fast (or any?) follow up.
The staff are wonderful doctors very helpful and respectful
The most disgusting incompetent hospital ever. Staff are rude and uneducated . No communication. Lost files. Lost appointments. Received someone else’s urology appointment in the mail with personal details. Gross. Clean yr act up! Edit: also be careful of speaking up, my partner did and he now has an “assault” charge for raising his voice! Beware of nurse Olivia in ED/ Ambulatory Care especially, she’s a narcissist and claims victim very easily
Went into ED with stomach pain. Ended up with an appendectomy. Thank you so much for seeing me so promptly. The surgeons, doctors and nurses are amazing. Even the admin lady was kind enough to bring me warm blankets in triage much better experience here than at my previous local hospital. Thank you again guys
