After a fall and a tough time, my mother in law was given professional, personal and genuine care. The nurses and admin were so caring and helpful to us. I thank Joy on the admin counter for her kindness. Sadly i cant remember many other names of people who helped us. MIL isn't out of the woods yet, but I have no concerns that she is in the best hands. Thanks everyone for easing our stress on a tough day.

Both times we've needed emergency care, the staff have been incredible. Yes you have to wait, but it's worth it. We feel very lucky to have this local to us, knowing we'll get looked after well. Special shoutout to the team on level 5 (maternity ward) who have gone above and beyond both times. Not sure any other hospital in Victoria would have been as kind to us as they were. Truly life changing service. Feeling extremely grateful.

I was put in ICU for 4 day, the staff were great and very helpful, however, I felt very uncomfortable in the room, I was in. felt like, there was NO air conditioning in the place. Over night, it's got very cold and on a very hot day, i was sweating and hot. And had trouble, to rest comfortable.

Excellent service, triaged for an ear infection, was seen minutes later by a senior doctor and discharged with a script for ear drops. 10/10 service. P.S - All the nurses are lovely
