They replaced my front windscreen under insurance. Not very friendly. Not particularly easy to deal with. You have to comply with them. Job was done competently. But the only reason I'd go back there was if my insurance company made me. They are like the Soup Nazi's of windscreen repair.
Had to call multiple times to get an update on my side window. Delivery time took double what was estimated. The workmanship was poor and further damage was done to my car while the work was being done. Tools had also been left in my car after the initial work was done. I took my car back to have ongoing problems resolved, but this did not fix the issue. Would go elsewhere in Ballarat
All of the staff were so helpful, friendly and got my car in quickly so that the chip didn’t expand. Thank you team, great service for Ballarat.
