Rude, arrogant will never return My partner had her windscreen replaced from a crack, claimed it through insurance After the job was completed my partner couldn't take her car as the insurer and Ballarat Auto Glass didn't communicate with each other about payment Wasn't any fault of my partners but she had to follow up paperwork from insurer, Pathetic. Administration needs training

Required structural repair to windscreen to prevent further damage, dropped the car in, windscreen repaired within the advised 45 minutes! Friendly efficient service especially on a busy Friday! Thank you I was impressed
Clear communication and efficient
1st May 2025 I think the worker's are very good at their jobs. However, you should inform the customer the day before that a windscreen will take 3 hours to replace. As there are not many coffee shops to go to for Elders to make up that amount of time - "wandering around" - waiting for their car's. 2024 Excellent Service, Workers, Secretary's and along with that a gorgeous I would honestly highly recommend these guys to all!
