Poor communication which lead to one month between lodging claim and repair being completed. Upon collection of vehicle I noticed a trim piece not sitting correctly. Trims on both sides of the windscreen damaged and not secured at 3 of their 4 mounting points. The team then doubled down on the poor workmanship by removing the damaged tabs whilst the items were out of view and then claiming they weren't damaged, stating they only had three mounting points instead of 4. What an amazing group of people. Beau went out of his way to help me fit a new windscreen to my Motorhome. Sadly the windscreen that eventually arrived after a delay was Destroyed by the courier. What a should have been a routine replacement didn’t happen. As I was travelling with a deadline I was easily refunded my money. The entire staff were amazing and disgusted with the turn of events.
