Took my vehicle here for insurance repair some years ago. All good with that, but when returning the loaner car they hit me up for super minor paint cracking on rear bumper $200! Looked like a shopping trolley had bumped against the bumper. It was so minor I thought they were joking. But no! They wouldn't give me my car until I'd paid up. Seemed they wanted to create another revenue stream from their loaner vehicle, which I'd expect would get a few bumps along the way. It was a total stitch up. Not recommended.
