I was in a pickle. I ordered a custom dress I'm a reputable brand, and it came in the wrong color and size. I was lucky enough to stumble across Amy and Ballantyne Brides! Amy was so incredibly helpful and kind, she didn't push me past the budget I felt comfortable with, and she very professional boundaries. But that didn't stop me from hugging her before and after I said yes to one of her dresses. I highly recommend Ballantyne Brides, you truly have nothing to lose here.😍🙏

Great service, amazing experience...lovely shop and Amy is beyond accommodating and helpful! Highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants one on one attention. Great selection of accessories that are reasonably priced and unusual/hard to find(different from all the mainstream wedding stores)! Highly recommend if you want a great experience and reasonably priced dresses/accessories!

I cannot sing enough praises for Ballantyne Brides. Amy, the owner, went out of her way to find me a beautiful wedding dress that I am so excited to wear. She truly cares about each bride, wanting them to feel and look their best on their wedding day.
