Dr Carmen is amazing. She is caring and explains everything really well. She has been a godsend to help me get several sick cats vetted and advising the next steps for their care and recovery. She also conducted health checks for kittens in my care to get them ready for adoption. Thank you, Dr Carmen!
Edit: New owners since last time I visited. Which is good. Since the last time was awful. Seen this vet last week for my rabbits vaccine. The vet is professional and caring. Handled my rabbit with care. She wasn’t in distress at all. The receptionists are polite and booked me in quickly. The price was reasonable. I would bring my pets back here. I love this vet! Vet Carmen is soo good with my 50kg Amstaff who doesn't normally get on with many people but as soon as we get to the vet he is all excited with Carmen and very well behaved ( well as best as he can be anyways lol). Carmen is very helpful and informative and you can really tell she cares and wants on the best for your pets. Her staff are always helpful and friendly too. Thank you guys, much appreciated for all your help.
