Today I had to take my cat Kitty for her yearly injection. She has been going to Ballantrae vets for a broken leg since August last year, and is now over her long spell of weekly visits, to which I am extremely thankful for the kind attention over those long months to Dr Carmen’s never ending patience! Today was an eye opener! Kitty had a meltdown, but Dr Carmen never gave up till she gave the injection. I have 100% trust in this veterinary service and especially Dr Carmen.
Carmen is absolutely amazing with my cats she always does a thorough check up and has always been spot on with her diagnosis. She is always calm and caring no matter my cats temperament she is able to calm them and help them. Would never take my babies to anyone else
The most putrid service you will ever receive? Firstly when the customer asks for anyone for their pet, just supply. Your negligence has caused my fur baby lots of stress and a longer recovery. Not to mention the disorganised approach these guys use! DISGUSTING PLEASE DO BETTER!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY I FOUND A NEW VET !
Had to get my am staff Tyson put to sleep 24th November the vet and all the staff treated him and myself really great and today received a lovely card thank you all for the lovely way you looked after Tyson thank you very much.
Sincerely outstanding. My Amstaff needed 9 staples removed. They loved him through it and got the job done. They didn’t force sedation onto me and were so honest and caring in their dealings I got his nails clipped while we were there. The vet and the young girl Abigail that assisted were excellent and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you. I’m bringing both of my dogs here from now on.
