I was in a pickle when my hotspot quit working and I didnt have internet for work. I was able to leave a message for Patti and she responded within 15 minutes letting me know how to get access to the electronic keyed door. Ballan's has been beautifully designed and decorated. It was quiet and professional and I would recommend 10/10 to anyone needed a refreshing space to work in.
There's a reason this place only has 5-star reviews (as of August 2023): it's a 5-star place. It is beautifully furnished, with intentional use of space to maximize privacy and efficiency; there are options for all types of workspaces - fully enclosed offices, open concept desks, meeting rooms, and event space; and the owner is thoughtful, involved, and communicative - I booked an open desk which was at the bottom of the stairs, and she very kindly offered me a different space for a day when there was an event happening upst... read more
Beautiful co-working/office space for daily or longer term rent. Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend!
This was the perfect place to have an offsite meeting! Comfortable, welcoming, clean, spacious. Wifi worked great, and was so nice to have access to coffee, water and a fridge. The communication with the owner was also amazing. Highly recommend, and we will be using Ballans iSpace again in the future.
