Shocking experience twice with this mob. They connected my dishwasher hoses with zip ties which ended up leaking. They also put in a pipe for a pool in the totally wrong spot after they had been told exactly where the pipe was to go and at what depth. This stopped the build of a pool. $500.00 down the drain. The crew at Ballan Plumbing have been awesome. They knew exactly what was needed for my work (regulator upgrade) and once that was done they were here that afternoon knowing we needed hot water asap. In addition they supported me to get the infrastructure company to do the job right with the meter upgrade on multiple occasions including coming onsite within an hour to tidy their unfinished work. Thank you.

Watch out if they do a septic system with their new rock breaker, they will charge you a fortune, get other quotes for rock breaking. I ended up with rock from different jobs on my land too. Not happy!
Amazing service, didn't over quote / charge like other rogue plumbers in Ballarat are around the holiday period. Great service!
