The receptionists are so very helpful (especially Elaine) and work extremely hard to accommodate you in any way that they can. The doctors here are extremely compassionate and knowledgeable.
One of the receptionists (dark brunette/black hair, Caucasian with a ponytail and was wearing glasses?) was pretty arrogant and rude. Had a VERY entitled attitude towards me. (Almost as if it was targeted).
The reception staff are warm and helpful. The doctors are better here than the other clinic in town. It has become easier to see a doctor recently..
Used to be an efficient clinic with good doctors but since MecwaCare took over the clinic there is always a long waiting list to see a doctor.
Booked an appointment three days in advance only to be told on the day that I didn’t have an appointment at all. Thanks for a big waste of time when I really needed help.
