A big thank you to Barry for his expertise and knowledge in sorting new glasses out for me today. I felt at ease and in safe hands. A huge thank you as well to the fabulous lady behind the desk, she was very friendly and kind.
Very thorough testing, great customer service
Huge thanks to Barry and the team at Ballajura Optometrist! I called just after 5pm with something stuck in my eye, not realising they were closing. The receptionist was so kind and asked Barry if he could still see me—and he did. Barry was professional, took great care of my eye, and even followed up with a call the next morning to check how I was doing. Really lovely service and people. I’ll definitely be back!
Lovely staff and always a good experience coming here
One of the rare times i give 5 stars. Barry and his team have always been a pleasure to deal with for over 26 years now with our family travelling to see him. Some of the family went to the dark side when they flew the nest, but found the larger opticians didn't have the personal touch. So I can't highly recommend him enough
