One of the rare times i give 5 stars. Barry and his team have always been a pleasure to deal with for over 26 years now with our family travelling to see him. Some of the family went to the dark side when they flew the nest, but found the larger opticians didn't have the personal touch. So I can't highly recommend him enough

I don’t not recommend. The receptionist ( middle aged woman, curly hair ) was so stuck up, along with the optometrist. Very unprofessional, who claimed to get back to me regarding a recommendation but nada! Then they had the audacity to send me reminders as if I would ever grace their footsteps again. No thanks! Your professionalism and customer service goes a long way. Get over yourself and treat your patients with respect. You’re a dime a dozen.
I've used Ballajura Optometrist twice for the purchase of contact lenses. Service has been 100% and speed at which its delivered is amazing. Alot faster than big national brand.
