I'm completely fed up with this clinic. They have zero sympathy for patients in pain. Despite suffering from a lingering migraine that had already sent me to the hospital in an ambulance, I was forced to wait two hours after my appointment time, which was scheduled for 5:40 PM. I have noticed the pile on of one-star reviews, and have ignored them until now, thinking maybe I’d have a better experience, but I was wrong. Saw a Dr. Prelude Kenworthy on 4th Oct. for a bad sore throat and cough I wore a mask. I also had an allergic rash on my back. She could hardly be bothered discussing anything and mumbled a lot. My throat and cough were ignored but i was given a script for rash cream. I asked what an alternative to Metformin would be as i,m allergic to it She didnt have a clue and said"i will get back to you".....Bullshit she never got back her whole attitude was she couldnt be bothered,just there for the big paycheck. She needs removing .!!
I rarely write reviews, but after several awful experiences at Ballajura Medical Centre, I feel it’s important to warn others. I’ve been to many clinics before, but this one has been by far the worst — every single visit has involved long waits, rude staff, and poor medical care. First time at this medical centre to get yellow fever vaccines and from start to finish it was great. From the South African manager taking our booking over the phone with ease, sending us new patient forms online to complete prior and clearly stating fees at time of booking. To then seeing Dr Mulenga Chibiliti who took time to build rapport, assess medical history, complete our prescriptions and completed our yellow fever travel vaccine and documentation. Doctor Oyenaike is the best Dr. He is very kind and accommodating. He's knowledgeable and he cares a lot for he patience. Sometimes the wait is long but for top care couldn't reccomend this enough.
