. I do not like the billing that Ballad is implementing for the office, being treated as an outpatient center rather than a doctor's office.This is clearly about making a better profit for Ballad and has nothing to do with it's customers. This will result in poor patient satisfaction. Likely to loose patients.
Staff was courteous and there was coffee and snacks in the waiting room. They looked extremely busy but called my name without waiting to long.
They are very caring and helpful ALWAYS!
