Every human being I rely upon at Ballad has been wonderful. The doctor, and the nurses and staff are truly devoted to their patients, if my experience is representative. However, the robots need some work . Mychart signature pages are non-functional now. Perhaps they can be fixed.
This medical practice is a gift to the community. Over the past few years, I have seen Jamie McNutt as my primary physician and Dr. Hartsoe on occasion as well. Jamie is awesome; the consummate professional, excellent bed side manner, and up to date and extremely knowledgeable on the most current medical treatments. Dr. Hartsoe is also wonderful and possesses many of the aforementioned traits of an outstanding professional.
