Very courteous and helpful staff. Rescheduled an MRI after discussing it w radiology doctor Also discussed how to get Ballad Health to document accurate 3rd party insurance for my Nov 17 car accident where I was not at fault as it still does not show up on the computer system at the Sycamore Shoals Hospital. The ballad health billing number was called and recorded the request- which is my second time at least in making this request. I am to hear in the next 30 days.
PT is awesome at Sycamore Shoals in Elizabethton. Everyone is very thorough and explains everything to you and tells you why you're doing the exercises you are asked to do and what is the benefit of doing them. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with and it is actually fun to be there even though it can be painful.
