Very quick to get in and was treated very nice and took care of my problem. I was very pleased.
Very unprofessional! The front desk receptionist has horrible customer service skills. The provider I saw Melinda, used ai to diagnose and give medical advice. I went in for suspected mastitis, she failed to do an exam and gave me amoxicillin for mastitis. Turns out I have a yeast infection in my duct. Had I not went to a provider the following day I would have never figured that out and been put on the right treatment regimen. She also had no clue what medicine to provide so had to ask ai!
