Everyone was very nice. Office an room's very clean. Nurse did covid test she didn't shove tester up my nose like most do. I was very happy with everyone
Complete nightmare to get medical records, bounced from person to person with no help
Went in because if high pulse over the weekend. Saw me almost immediately. Sent me to hospital several minutes later. Offered to get me an ambulance but I had someone drive me. Hospital ER confirmed that I was having an Afib episode. Very pleased with Balad Urgent Care!
