I’ve been going there for several years I’ve always been compliant have never had a problem with Ashley or Dr.Jett but I have been accused by a certain medical assistant of taking my medication too much all because she can’t read a date on a bottle correctly or count right she has accused me of taking my medication wrong a total of three times and I really don’t appreciate being accused of something that I haven’t done especially when it comes to something like this. Allison and the n̈nurse were good. The problem is they only go to Rogersville once a month. This reflexes badly on the Ballard Healthcare. It shows Ballard Healthcare doesn't really care about their patients. Forcing patients to travel up to 2 hours one way. This is overall the worst healthcare system I have ever had to deal with.
I saw Dr Jett. He was very kind and Informative.
