Everyone I encountered and worked with were knowledgeable, caring, and efficient.
We are always pleased with our visit. Dr. Jones was professional and kind.. His nurse was cordial. However, I had mistakenly thought my husband’s appointment was at 10:30 when it was at 10. I did however, sign us in by 1010, and you are not too late for your appointment until you are more tha 15 minutes late. None the less, we had to sit there almost 2 hours and my husband has a condition which makes sitting and waiting very difficult. I felt this was rude and unnecessary.. The staff member who checked us out was very kind.
