My son was seen in the Niswonger ER by two ortho residents that were amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them. We then was referred to Dr. Green for follow up and was extremely disappointed. He was in the room with us for less than 2 minutes and was very rushed. Less than 24 hrs later I drove over an hour for follow up with different group.
They have a great team... Everyone seems to work great together... And everyone is so nice, I don't think I have ever heard anyone with an attitude... Have a blessed day.
Looking at this office through the lens of a mother who has a child with autism, I feel that they should make it easier on patients and their parents by faxing orders to other clinics instead of asking a mother who obviously has her hands full, to hold onto it for a month while waiting on an appointment at another clinic. As well, given the situational characteristics that are often experienced in those with autism, the office could be more welcoming and should feel less rushed.
