Staff was great and took care of me and my needs.
The last experience I had with Ballad Palliative Care was so amazing that I really want to brag on them. Amy Crain has to be one of the most compassionate nurses while telling you the absolute truth and being totally honest and transparent. She is absolutely top notch. Ms. Vickie is the most precious and positive little lady. Every provider I have seen there takes time with me and listened to everything I need to speak about to learn and get help.
