Very friendly office from when you first walk in. Receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile. Medical Assistant was patient and kind. Emily Susong was kind and detailed and listened.
Dr Bulowa’s office is outstanding
I have been a patient for many years and think the care i receive from Dr. Bulawa is second to none. He is caring and knowledgeable. He may have added years to my life.
They are short handed probably because Ballad doesn’t pay LPNs or CNAs enough to draw them away. All the people in this office are awesome providers . I would hate for anyone there to leave due to job stress. I care for them. They have been with me through some very difficult times. Over the years I have always been treated promptly with the utmost care, kindness, respect and professionalism. Please try to see that they are properly staffed with a person of their caliber.
We love the staff and Dr Bulawa. Very professional. Appointment time has always been met without waiting or over crowding in waiting area. We are heard and not rushed. Test results and concerns are always explained. No trouble with scheduling appointments outside of routine visits. Nurses go above and beyond scheduling outside appointments for us.
