Very short wait, the staff are very nice. The physicians assistant and nurse do their best to help with any concerns you addresse them with.
I love my family doctor at Ballad Health. The front office is always welcoming and supportive with scheduling. The wait time is never more than a few minutes. Wesley Cook is amazing and goes above and beyond with your medical care. I suffer from migraines and he was the first one that ever determined best solution. Not only does he come with solutions he actually listens because who knows your body best…you do! He doesn’t push you out of the office because he does care. Ok so I freak out if I have to find a new Doctor..always crying before and after I leave, worried they will mess me up more than I already am..but OMGoodness this time I cried before I left..Dr Joshua Stone was/is a God sent..he and his staff are amazing..everyone of them. Megan is all around the best EVER and Dr Stone made me feel like I could be myself..which is alot..and straightened out some meds from doctors in the past and fixed me up good as new..so the whole experience was so great that I started crying before I even... read more
