Every time you go here they are always rude and snippy and have attitude like they are mad that you expect them to do their jobs I would rather bleed out then go here to be treated like I’m a inconvenience

My hubby and I use Ballad Health Family Medicine in Erwin for all of our primary healthcare needs. Dr. Johnson is a wonderful doctor. She listens to us when we come in with a medical problem, explains our options, and allows us to play an active part in choosing a plan of care. The office and nursing staff is friendly and professional. I'm so grateful to have a local health provider we can trust... This hospital used to be so nice. HORRIBLE now. Plan on any appt being a minimum 45 minute wait if you are lucky. ER experience with my husband in Oct was a nightmare from start to finish.
