Would be 5 star if Ballad was not choosing to close the Rural Retreat office. Have gone there for years, but may have to change due to distance. Sad for local elderly that have problems going the miles to where providers are going to be!!!
Listen to the patient. I need help but there's not a person that listens. I'm disappointed!
Don't go here. Hospital scheduled me an appointment. I show up 10 minutes early, then then say it had to be 30 minutes early and said you have to reschedule. I walked out won't go back. Lady's up front are old and rude as hell.
