They let my grandma be dirty because she was "too big", the doctor made comments about her needing to lose weight while she was on her death bed, they essentially just let her die in misery. My friend almost died and was suffering with memory loss issues after the accident and the inconsistency in rules through out the hospital cause so much unnecessary emotional distress for him and they talked to him like a dog. Recent visit to the ER in Johnson City was most disappointing I had to take my mom because of a growth and at 9 AM it wasn’t crowded then at 3 it was packed still no care, I went to Johnson City because I was told it was much better then Greeneville where I had an even worse experience. If this is the way Bollard runs things they should not be in the health care business.

You guys are thieves. I got put in the mental hospital and it was either Hospital staff that took money out of my wallet. Are there people that were in my unit at Woodridge also got robbed. I ran into a friend recently at a gas station and he had his whole paycheck stolen over $300. You brought my balance down and then you just raised my balance back up to $80. You need to delete any money that I owe you because you guys robbed me. You still owe me the money that was taken from me. Most of this balance can be paid for but yo... read more
