Scheduling let faxed info from Southwest Audiology ,info sit for one week until I called to check if appt had been made, which it had not. The earliest appointment I could get was on 27 February. This caused me to miss my appointment for 25 February with Southeast audiology. South east audiology did their job ballad health scheduling did not this has caused a two week delay in my efforts to get hearing aids.
Ballad Health is the worst thing to ever happen to East Tennessee. Trying to get a job with them is a joke, you just apply and apply online and never get a call from anyone. When I try to call Human Resources and Recruiting to ask about getting scheduled for interviews there is a lady named Nancy who always answers the phone and she’s incredibly rude, she’s no help at all, just tells me “if they’re interested they will call”.
