We've bought 3 vehicles from here in the past. One, a Chevy traverse, we just paid off this past March. It is starting to have some issues, but we've owned it for 5 years, and it's nothing that shouldn't be able to be fixed. They sold me a bad car last year. A Nissan Sentra. Didn’t even make it home before the cars transmission went out. The next day they traded it for a Kia forte. It took a few months for that cars engine to go out. Kia looked at the history of the car and the previous owners reported issues that weren’t fixed. I was out of my car for 6 months while it was getting fixed! 6 months! With three kids, one is a newborn with neurological issues and I did not have my car! I have bought there and they treat you like family.
If I could rate negative stars I would. I purchased a vehicle for $12,000 in July of 2024. Since purchased it has required Approximately $12,000 in repairs. Within 24 hours of purchase the check engine light came on, and had to return it to the dealer after arguing with them to fix it. The car required a HEAD GASKET and CATALYTIC CONVERTERS. Hard to believe Ball was unaware. I was out of a vehicle for 2 weeks waiting on repair. Within 3 days of returning it the car started leaking oil from a part they claimed to have replace... read more
Worst place to buy a car. Stay away at all cost as Ball will not stand behind their vehicles once sold.
