I have bought there and they treat you like family.
If I could rate negative stars I would. I purchased a vehicle for $12,000 in July of 2024. Since purchased it has required Approximately $12,000 in repairs. Within 24 hours of purchase the check engine light came on, and had to return it to the dealer after arguing with them to fix it. The car required a HEAD GASKET and CATALYTIC CONVERTERS. Worst place to buy a car. Stay away at all cost as Ball will not stand behind their vehicles once sold.
