Christie was very professional and easy to work with and also (bonus!) very kind. Process went very smoothly and she conveyed all the rules and information we needed. Would most certainly use again even if it's a little farther than others closer to me. Such a well-operated business !

We had a great experience and highly recommend! We had 2 - 10x20 units for 3 years. Never any trouble… no insects, no moisture issues (we did use Damp Rid as a precaution), and well maintained facility. The management was always available and super easy to work with.
Can’t say enough about the great service from the team at Ball Ground Storage! Christy was great to deal with and always very helpful and prompt if you ever need anything.
