Scott Ball is an excellent electrical contractor and a California certified general electrician. I would not hessitate to recommend Ball Electric to anyone who needs an honest, capable and knowledgable electrician. They installed a cieling fan with very limited access and supplied electricity for my hot tub in an area that required starting on one end of my house in the attic and then across the roof and down to the back yard.
