4/5 is because the the receptionist. I walked in because I was sick and thought I would check first with my family doctor for advise on where to go for immediate care. The front desk immediately talked over me and rudely said that I should have called first. Like how dare I walk in to her office. Well first of all, I should be able to walk in anytime and ask any question and advise on medical. I could have had something sudden happen while I was in the area. Unfortunately, this doc prescribed me a med on 11.17.23. Clearly on the bottle states 1 refill before 5.17.2024. I attempted to refill, and doc office refused- wants me to come in first. I called the office and the person I spoke with had no problem talking over me. I did have an in-person appointment in January, which the office changed to a tele call due to weather. Thorough and easy to talk to. Great bedside manner. Takes the time to know and understand her patients and their health concerns. Front office staff is also helpful and ready to answer any questions. Highly recommend.
