This is my go-to CrossFit gym in Houston. Great programming, friendly staff, welcoming community. I’ve dropped into CrossFit gyms all over Texas and I would put this one up as one of the best.

Absolutely love this gym. Definately the root of what crossfit is about.
I did a few days drop in last week and it was a great experience. Everyone was welcoming. The coaches were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you are visiting the area and want to get a good workout in. If i am every back in Houston ill be headed back!
