Ball was quick to get me in for a damaged fender, and had my vehicle back to me within 3 days! Great turn around, will be back for any repairs going forward. Thanks!
The repair job itself was on par. The customer experience was not. We had took our vehicle in to get a quote to repaint the passenger side front door on my 2025 Hyundai Palisade due to getting keyed. I do understand a quote is an estimate and it's subject to change. We schedule the day to take our vehicle in and leave it for the repairs. I cannot say enough good things about Ball Body shop. We went there after our car was dinged while in possession at Zimbrick Honda. Zimbrick refused to take responsibility for the gauge in our car, even though it happened in their care before we picked it up from their possession. They then gave us an estimate of $1700 for a repair they caused, which led us to look elsewhere. Luckily, we found Ball Body shop, which met our needs many times over.
