I am happy with every aspect of service I received from Ball Body Shop- from being greeted at the front desk to Scott who took over the estimate and then the repair of my car to the relationship with Enterprise who made my rental car experience uneventful!
They did a great job! Jesten kept me updated and aware of what step in repair my car was. Super friendly staff..especially Antoinette! My car was done before the projected finish date. I am very satisfied with the repairs.
I’m very pleased with the work that Ball Body shop did on my damaged vehicle. They also finished the repair 12 days before the estimated completion date. A great group of professionals!
