On December 17th I hit a deer on my way to an event. Ball body shop was a preferred repar place for our insurance. We setup an appointment to bring my suv information repair. At the time we were told the vehicle probably wouldn't be done until some time in January. It took over 2 weeks for the estimate to come back and then it was going to be an additional 6 weeks before the repair was to be completed.
