Great job repairing my door ding. Highly recommend
Not great. Called for service with an insurance quote. I arrived for the scheduled appointment to drop off the vehicle and pickup my rental call. They said the appointment was only for an eval, and they can’t take my vehicle for SIX MONTHS. Go somewhere else that actually communicates when they can service your vehicle.
I came in to get a side mirror replaced. The staff were friendly, the repairs were quick, and the prices were reasonable. I’ll likely go to them again in the future if I need similar work done.
I specifically scheduled an "estimate" with Ball Body over the phone, and when I arrived for my appointment, the service advisor looked at the car for 30 seconds, indicated it was "medium damage", and that the earliest they could schedule an estimate would be on the same day of the repair appointment 5 months out. It felt like a waste of my time to come in, as I was looking for an estimate prior to scheduling repairs, and made that clear when making the appointment.
