After a deer jumped onto the hood of my new car (yes, that is correct.. it was not hit; it jumped onto my car), somehow only leaving a couple scuffs and scratches, I went to Ball Auto Body to get an estimate for repair. They asked me to wait in the waiting room while they worked on the estimate. I was shocked when a short time later, they let me know that I was good to go without an estimate, as they had perfectly buffed out the scuffs and scratches free of charge.
