We purchased an exercise bike from them. We were super impressed that it was shipping so quickly and we tracked the package all the way to our doorstep. Except when we went to find it we found this envelope instead. Instead of mailing us our bike the mailed us an envelope with a flyer to visit their new website. Purchased a Prestige Classic 2100 Autoclave from this company. Within less than a year of purchase, the autoclave is already having issues. When I called in regards to this matter, no troubleshooting was offered. I was instructed to send the machine back, at my expense, for repairs. And THEN I would be charged another 40 dollars for them to ship it back to me. The customer service representative I spoke to was extremely rude. I consider this warranty policy junk. I purchased some Tat B Gone from them on EBAY last summer,the product did not work at all. I brought it to the owner's attention Sean several times while I was using it,he said to give it time,but nothing happened,I reached out to them after the return window on EBAY to get a refund,and they ignored me repeatedly. AVOID AVOID - Unethical and Poor Customer Service. Ordered from this company through amazon paid 412$ and refused it immediately on the day of delivery after knowing additional charges of 196$ to be paid while receiving the product. They have not given refund till date. Their policy is to provide total bill value inclusive of shipping and any estimated taxes or fee(c/d) to the customer before placing the order.
