Office staff is very helpful and Dr Singh is good with his patients. However, office communication seems disconnected. I called twice a week for a month to make sure a PT-1 order was entered for a ride and was told everything from "That's not my department but I will relay the message", "It has been approved for 4 rides a month" to "it's still open" and "the approval number was never entered" 2 days before the ride was needed. My experience with Dr. Singh has always been good. I hope he continues with the signature health care peoples.
