When i moved on. It was on. But the water omg so nasty and smells so bad, they never fix repairs never etc. Then we had to buy our trailer or move out in 30 days. It's not the manger or maintenance fault it's the new company who not the place and they don't allow them to do nothing. People steal out of cars etc. I will tell NOBODY to move here.
Park manager met on specified time to show us place. After that when we filled out an application it took over a month to alot of phone calls of can you provide this also, week later oh n this til the house was bought under us. Fortunately we started looking at other places and didn't let a nice house with an attentive Landlord pass us by. I felt like he was learning his job with us. Lots of potholes that desperately need to be fixed. Not a new situation as I have been visiting here for over a year on a regular basis.
