As a life long VW owner, the Balise service team is far and away the best VW service team in the area. Ann and the entire team go above and beyond. The vehicle gets fixed right and on the first time. I always appreciate the great service.
Had an appointment for a simple oil change made for 4 days. Despite talking to someone in the service department on day 1 and day 3, I receive a call on day 4 that they do not work on my type of car. It is a VAG vehicle. As I am traveling and specifically waited here in Rhode Island an extra 2 days for this appointment, I am extremely disappointed and sadly could never recommend someone make an appointment for service here.
Recently traded in my beloved Jetta, but for ~5 years Balise took incredible care of my car, could not have asked for a better experience. I drove 20-30k miles per year and never had a severe issue thanks to their diligence, and as someone who waits for service on site I never spent more than 3-3-1/2 hours even with a detailing added on. Also, the waiting room is nice & has a few stations for working remote.
