We broke down on I-90 about 2 hours from home after a long roadtrip. Our 2011 Siena needed a new alternator and Balise Toyota took care of us. The mechanic very kindly worked late to make the fix and get us back on the road home. Gabby was very pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Imagine spending $85,000.00 for a Sequoia and a plastic part on the side of the seat breaks twice in 6 months and your told they will no longer cover the part, basically saying it's my fault, piss poor design is not my fault a part breaks, had a 23 Tundra that did the same thing, it's the new design! Had 4 older full size Tundras with no issues like this, so spending over $325K in vehicle over the years with Balise, this is what you get, this will be my last Toyota.....
