I depend on them for all of my services. Friendly staff, excellent care of me and my car. Comfortable waiting area and thorough care.
Treated well by Dan for 7:20 am appt. Waited and car status updated to me on 1 occasion. This was for 90,000 Legacy maintenance.. Suggested new spark plugs be installed, but needed appt and more time for that. Quoted me $663.00 approx for 6 plugs and installation.. I got quote from local CPM in Coventry for $471.00.... going with CPM.
I have only had good experiences bringing my Forester to Balise Subaru for service. Benjamin Rickard has been the service advisor for my past two visits and he is great! Thanks, Ben :)
DO NOT bring your car here, after the warranty runs out! They will tell you that you need things that you don't, and the 52 point check is a joke. They check nothing. Just a really bad service dept. that has mechanics that don't know what they're doing!
