Very nice dealership, parts department is hidden with no signs ( only service and sales). The parts employee was very helpful and had a $4.00 O ring for my 1999 Lexus LS. The distressing reality is that l had to travel from Albany NY because no other dealer had parts for my car. Additionally, Lexus seems to be downplaying the idea that their cars would need parts.
