Can’t say good enough things about this dealership’s service center. Had my EV6 ICCU go out and Ashley made the process completely pain free. She made sure that as a Kia customer that I was completely taken care of. Constant communication with my car being back up and ready in a week. Hats off to the master techs as well for doing an exceptional repair. Really glad Balise Kia is close enough to me to be my main dealer.
