My husband had an appointment at 8:00 AM to replace a recalled part. This was already his second visit because during the first appointment they told him the part had to be ordered first. We understood that and scheduled today's appointment after the part arrived. He was told the repair would take about two-three hours. Can’t say good enough things about this dealership’s service center. Had my EV6 ICCU go out and Ashley made the process completely pain free. She made sure that as a Kia customer that I was completely taken care of. Constant communication with my car being back up and ready in a week. Hats off to the master techs as well for doing an exceptional repair. Really glad Balise Kia is close enough to me to be my main dealer.
