After 20 minutes of waiting in the bay they informed me they could not do my oil change because they didn’t have the correct size socket to drain the oil.
It's hard to beat the convenience of having your oil changed in 10 minutes (don't go on weekends to avoid a long wait for other cars). The staff have always been quick and professional, helping to reset the warnings on the dash and offering additional services like new wipers, topping off coolant, etc. You do pay more ($120 w/tax in June 2025) but you can be in and out fast so you're paying for the convenience.
