Do not buy any service contracts with Balise. There coupons for oil changes do not have an expiration date on them but they say they expire. If you drive low mileage these coupons that you pre pay for will not be honored. Terrible service will never purchase a vehicle from Balise again.
Balise recently went above and beyond for us, showing their commitment to local non-profits. They truly are community partners!
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE IF YOU WORK IN PUBLIC SAFETY. Worst experience ever. It took them over a week to get me in. Then I had to change the insurance info because they told the insurance company the wrong information. My sales person pushed me all the way back to the end of the line even though I had put 5g down and a deposit already.
