I'm sure this place is delicious, but I'll never know. Despite what it says here and on their website, which has a lunch menu posted, they are CLOSED for lunch. It is prominently written in the door.
Wow. Chef Daniel is incredible. A true artist, self taught. It is THE place to go for fine Mediterranean cuisine. Located right next to the private airport. Perfect stop for the jet setters, pilots and community alike.
THE best restaurant in Palm Springs operated by the friendliest master chef, Daniel Villanueva. The best brunch pancakes I have ever eaten, with berry compote drizzled on them and organic maple syrup. Served with a savory layered potato square that was the perfect counterpoint to the sweetness of the pancakes. Even my daughter raved about them. Chef Daniel is the most warm and congenial professional chef I have ever encountered. everything is prepared fresh with a quiet flare and concern for healthy. Everything is excellent, still a favorite is his chicken Ceasars salad with any one of his signature dressings.
